Santiago Rivera Testimonial

My name is Santiago Rivera. I am 19 years old and support chuck turner for alot of reasons. Mr Turner has proved to me that money is not needed to make action. I live on Magnolia st, where there were about 4 car accidents involving children getting hurt. It took me ONE email, for Mr Turner to come by with ISD and our transportation department to solve this issue.
